- Appointment Window – The day before your appointment, you’ll receive a text with a 3-hour time frame for your technician’s arrival.
- On the Way Text – On the day of service, your Tech will text you about 10–30 minutes before they arrive to let you know HELP is on the way!
- Clear Workspace – Please make sure the area around your appliance is safe and accessible for our TEAM to work. Turn off or down any unnecessary noises. We understand kids and pets make noise too, that’s OK with us.
- Upfront Solutions & Pricing – Once we diagnose your appliance, we’ll explain the recommended solutions and provide the total cost upfront (Service Charge, Labor, Parts, and Taxes). If you choose not to move forward, only the $119 Service Charge will apply.
- Recommended Replacement Options – IF NEEDED – If we find that your appliance is either not economically reasonable to repair or you simply don’t want to repair for any reason, we will provide honest recommendations for replacement, including options we have or not. No Upsell Pressure At ALL
How Much Does Appliance Repair Cost?

- Average Repair Range – Most repairs fall between $250–$350. Some repairs can be outside of this range depending on the appliance and issue, but MOST are below $500 Total.
- No Extra Trip Fees – If we need to return with parts or for a recall, you won’t be charged extra.
